Demand for Action Against Jnanesh Kumar Over Alleged Irregularities in Voter List Revision

The Akhil Bharat Janwadi Mahila Sanghatane has demanded action against Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Jnanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of the voter list. The organization alleged that many voters' names were removed from the list and that the SIR process was conducted secretly, overriding the differences of two other commissioners, Sukhabir Singh Sandhu and Viveesh Joshi, 14 times over the last 10 months. The group demanded that the SIR process be immediately suspended until safety measures are implemented to prevent eligible voters from being removed from the voter list.
