Voters with SIR notices do not need to appear for hearings, says Election Officer

The Additional District Election Officer for North Bengaluru stated that voters who received notices regarding mapping and logical discrepancies do not need to appear for hearings. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will visit homes to collect necessary documents, which will then be uploaded to the ECiNet and submitted to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) for decision. Special camps and helpdesks have been organized to provide necessary information and assistance to citizens regarding the SIR process.
