NICE project: Why didn't HDK take action? - Chalavarayanaswamy

Water Resources Minister N. Chalavarayanaswamy questioned why Kumaraswamy, who was once Chief Minister, did not take action regarding the NICE project. He stated that the project's origin dates back to the time of Devangowda. Chalavarayanaswamy questioned why, if the NICE project was flawed, he did not take steps to bring it under the government during his tenure. He added that making accusations against the current government is easy, but one must answer to the public regarding decisions made when they were in power.
