BAMUL President expects ₹8 to ₹10 increase in milk price; new units planned in Doddaballapura

BAMUL President D.K. Suresh stated that the state government is expected to increase the price of milk by ₹8 to ₹10 per liter. Speaking at the Union's Annual General Meeting near Summanahalli, Magadi Road, he mentioned that the Union will soon start a cattle feed manufacturing unit and a dairy equipment manufacturing unit in Doddaballapura. He added that the Union's coverage areas—Ramanagara, Magadi, Channapatna, Kanakapura, Anekal, Hoskote, Devanahalli, Nelamangala, and Bengaluru Urban District—will provide employment to the youth. The Union covers over 2,300 milk producer associations across Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru South, and Bengaluru Rural districts.
