Lab reports reveal over 20% ethanol mix in petrol, benefiting oil companies: Rizwan Arshad

Minister Rizwan Arshad alleged that petrol pumps across the state are mixing ethanol in higher quantities than prescribed, severely impacting vehicle efficiency. Speaking at a press conference at Vikasasoudha, he revealed lab test reports, stating that 5 out of 7 samples tested at a private lab showed over 20% ethanol. He further claimed that some samples contained as much as 31.02% ethanol, accusing the central government and oil companies.
