High Court grants conditional bail to Sriki and Robin Khandewala in BitCoin scam case

The High Court granted conditional bail to hacker Srikrishna Ramesh alias Sriki and crypto trader Robin Khandewala, who were arrested on charges of illegal money transfer related to the BitCoin scam. The single-bench, presided over by Justice S. Vishwajit Shetty, passed the order on Wednesday after hearing the separate applications filed by Sriki and Robin Khandewala, who were detained on May 8, 2026. Lawyers argued that no property had been attached from the applicants and that they had cooperated during all ED summons. The bench subsequently granted conditional bail.
