Priyank Kharge questions Yadigyarappa and Bommai on approving works without funds

Speaking to reporters, Congress leader Priyank Kharge questioned how Yadigyarappa and Bommai approved works without funds. He stated that the Congress party is not exceeding its financial limits. Kharge also addressed the issue of the 'Guarantee' and the need to manage ₹ 50,000 crore so that it does not go elsewhere.
