Fake medicines found in hospitals and medical stores: SIT investigation exposes scam

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) uncovered an inter-state fake medicine network in Bengaluru. Authorities revealed that the accused were mixing fake medicines with genuine stock to evade quality checks. The investigation has identified the main accused, Prashanth Rajan Babu, who operated as a medical representative in various cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, and New Delhi for over 10 years.
