DK Shivakumar alleges NIMS project framework agreement was changed by DK Shivakumar, not H.D. Deve Gowda

Central minister H.D. Kumaraswamy alleged that while H.D. Deve Gowda signed the original framework agreement for the NIMS project, the changes were made by former Urban Development Minister D.K. Shivakumar. He stated that the original plan, for the 'Bengaluru-Mysuru Infrastructure Corridor,' was signed by H.D. Deve Gowda on Feb 19, 1995, with a consortium including CHB, Kalyani Group, and S.A. Engineering and Construction. Kumaraswamy alleged that D.K. Shivakumar was the main reason for how the project was later changed and questioned the relationship between D.K. Shivakumar and the NIMS contractor.
