Darshan files application to postpone recording of mafia witness statement

Darshan's lawyer has filed an application seeking to postpone the recording of the mafia witness statement. The Sessions Court has scheduled the recording of the mafia witness statement for the Renukaswamy Case on Monday (Sept 28). The lawyers have requested permission to file an appeal in the Supreme Court against the order regarding the mafia witness statement. Consequently, an application has been submitted to postpone the date of the mafia witness statement recording by one week.
