Namma Metro Pink Line expected to open mid-October; safety checks underway

The Namma Metro Pink Line's elevated corridor is expected to open to the public around mid-October. BMRCL has received the ISI certificate from the independent agency regarding the route's safety and fitness. The line is expected to undergo final safety checks by the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CMRS) soon, with preliminary checks possibly happening in early October. If all necessary permissions are obtained, the line could receive a green signal from the Railway Board within a week of the final inspection.
