B-SMILE scales down proposed flyover, cheers Indiranagar residents

Bengaluru Smart Infrastructure Ltd (B-SMILE) has dropped the proposed flyover between Old Madras Road and Domlur from the planned 11.62-km elevated road project. The decision is expected to benefit Indiranagar residents, who had opposed the project due to concerns about its impact on the area's greenery and residential character. B-SMILE will continue the flyover along the Inner Ring Road from Domlur until it joins the flyover in Ejipura. The company has also retained the plan to build the flyover on Hosur Road between Central Silk Board and Madiwala.
