Minister Shivraj S. Tangadgi speaks on reservations and historical figures in Gangaavati

At a function in Marali, Gangaavati, Minister Shivraj S. Tangadgi spoke on the history of great figures and the reservation issue. He stated that great figures like Basavanna, Kanakadasa, and Rani Chennamma cannot be limited to one community. Tangadgi also addressed the reservation issue, stating that the central government has the authority to increase reservations, and the state government increased it to 56% for SC, ST, and OBC. He added that the state will not engage in politics regarding reservations.
