CM tells IT sector not to sideline Kannadigas

Chief Minister DK Shivakumar stated that the government takes the issue of Kannadigas being denied fair employment opportunities in Bengaluru’s IT companies seriously. He warned that the government will take appropriate action if any private institution is found deliberately sidelining Kannadigas. Congress state president BK Hariprasad echoed this sentiment, stating that first preference should be given to local persons, namely Kannadigas.
