Weavers' Union launches membership campaign, emphasizes need for organization

At the Nilakanthaeshwara Temple, the head of the Taluk Weavers' Community Union, Goturu Basavaraja, announced the launch of a membership campaign to organize various sub-groups of the weaver community on a single platform. He stated that the community requires organization for its educational, political, and economic development, noting that all political parties have neglected the weaver community. Anilkumar Jaana, the head of the Taluk unit of the Padmashali community, and Malavi Mallikarjuna, the head of the Kuruhina Shetty community, were also present.
