The State Government has provided a relief to small property owners and joint property holders in Bengaluru. Joint owners with 'A-eKhata' for the same property can now get their share of the property divided and receive a separate e-Khata online, stated Bengaluru Urban Development Minister Krishna Bairegound. The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) and five Bengaluru city corporations have started the 'Plot Sub-division' service on the e-property 2.0 portal.
