Panchayat election notification immediately after Election Commission approval: Ishwara Khandre

Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister Ishwara B. Khandre stated that the state government is committed to holding rural local body elections and all necessary steps have been taken. He added that if the Election Commission grants approval, the notification will be issued immediately. Khandre also mentioned that the draft notification will be issued after the process of objections and final notification, followed by submission to the High Court and the State Election Commission.
