Organs donated after Bengaluru resident passes away from kidney failure

A resident of Bengaluru's NT Block, Shwetha (28), passed away in a Bengaluru hospital after brain inactivity due to kidney issues. Her family donated her liver and heart valves. Shwetha, who worked in an IT company in Bengaluru, had previously undergone a kidney transplant from her mother. The family's donation of organs is being praised by Health Minister U.T. Khadar, who called the decision 'admirable' on Facebook.
