Fortis acquires Suguna Hospital, strengthening healthcare network in Bengaluru

Fortis Health Care Limited (FHL) has officially acquired Suguna Hospital, located in Rajajinagar, from its shareholders, including Suguna Ramayya Hospitals Private Limited. This acquisition was completed through 'International Hospital Limited' (IHL), a 100% subsidiary of Fortis. The deal includes the hospital's entire administrative and operational business, along with its land and large building property. This move is part of Fortis' cluster-based expansion strategy to strengthen its hospital network in Bengaluru city.
