Opposition members stage protest, walk out during Vidhana Parishad session over discussions on farmer issues

Opposition members protested and walked out during the second day of the special session of the Vidhana Parishad. The protest followed the statements made by B.K. Hariprasad, PCC chief and LP member, and the repeated interruptions by ruling party members during the opposition's discussion. The commotion was caused by discussions regarding the difficulties faced by farmers due to drought and agricultural loan waivers.
