Nine proposed flyover projects in Bengaluru likely to be re-tendered

The nine proposed flyover projects in Bengaluru are likely to be re-tendered following a review of the tender conditions by a committee constituted by the Urban Development Department (UDD). The projects, estimated to cost around Rs 3,198 crore, were proposed across major corridors including Mysuru Road, Tumakuru Road, Kanakapura Road, Old Madras Road, Hosur Road and Doddaballapura Road. Officials stated that the development is a setback, as the projects had reached the bidder-selection stage. The committee’s exact observations are yet to be made public.
