Man arrested for stealing jewelry from relative's home in Bengaluru

Kengeri police arrested K.H. Ashwath, a resident of Hosanagar in Shivamogga district, for stealing jewelry from a relative's home. Police recovered 84.3 grams of gold jewelry and cash, valued at ₹8.40 lakh. The theft occurred at a flat in Kailash BDA Apartment, Kengeri, where the accused, who was related to the complainant's wife, had been visiting frequently.
