Man arrested for creating and sharing fake AI video of Vidhana Soudha blast

Bengaluru City Police arrested a 25-year-old migrant worker, Ali, who created and shared a fake AI video depicting a blast at the Vidhana Soudha. The police identified the arrested man as originally from Araria district, Bihar, who had been working as a pipe fitter in Bengaluru for several months. Police filed an FIR under BNS Act, 2023, Section 353(1)(b) and 353(2) after tracking the suspect's digital footprints.
