KSRTC Smart Card to Revolutionize Bus Fares Across Bengaluru's Public Transport Network

KSRTC is introducing a smart card system for bus fare payment across its four divisions, modeled after Namma Metro. This system aims to provide smart cards not only to 'Shakti' scheme beneficiaries but also to general commuters. The smart card can be used on KSRTC, BMTC, NWRTC, and KKRTC buses. Furthermore, a separate mobile application will be developed for recharging the smart card and purchasing digital tickets.
