Protest against Ragi Gudda-Kanakapura Elevated Corridor construction; what are the demands?

A peaceful human chain protest against the Ragi Gudda-Kanakapura Elevated Corridor is scheduled for the 11th at 11 AM near Rose Garden in the city. Protestors demand an elevated corridor parallel to the existing metro green corridor, instead of the proposed route. They also stated that the corridor is unnecessary in residential areas, as per law, and that no structures are allowed on the Cauvery pipeline.
