Karnataka government plans to challenge High Court order regarding KPSC recruitment scam investigation

The state government has decided to challenge the formation of the Special Investigation Team (SIT), ordered by the Karnataka High Court, regarding the KPSC recruitment scam. The government is preparing to file an appeal in the Supreme Court after seeking legal advice. The High Court order formed an SIT team of five officers, led by DGP Alok Kumar of the Prisons Department, including Anoop Shetty and Divya Gopinath.
