IISc experts and traffic experts raise strong objections to Hebbal underpass controversy, citing IIT-Bombay report

IISc experts and traffic experts have raised strong objections to the proposed Hebbal underpass and elevated corridor plans. They noted that the proposed elevated corridor between Mekri Circle and Veterinary College offers greater traffic benefits than the proposed underpass. Furthermore, experts revealed that the IIT-Bombay report contains serious technical flaws, outdated data, and methodological shortcomings.
