IAS Transfers: New Commissioners Appointed for Education, Panchayat Raj, Bengaluru Corporation

The state government issued an order on Friday transferring several IAS officers. According to the order from the Staff and Administration Reforms Department, Surelkar Vikas Kishore, who was the Commissioner of the School Education Department, has been transferred to the Commissioner of the Backward Classes Welfare Department. Vidyakumari K. has been assigned the additional charge of the vacant School Education Department Commissioner post from Samagra Shiksha Karnataka's State Project Director. K. A. Dayanand has been reappointed as the Commissioner of the Home Department. Additionally, Venkat Raja has been given the responsibility of the Panchayat Raj Commissioner. Shilpa Nag C.T., previously with the Greater Bengaluru Authority, has been appointed as the Commissioner for the Bengaluru City Corporation, and Avinash Sanjeevan Shinde, who was the Commissioner of the Kalaburagi Municipal Corporation, has been transferred to the Kalyana Karnataka Region Development Board.
