High Court to reconsider land allotment order for Siddharth Vihara Trust in Banashankari 6th Phase

The High Court stated it will reconsider the order issued on January 18, 2026, regarding the land allotment to the Siddharth Vihara Trust, managed by the Priyank Kharge family, through BDA and KIADB. The court also directed that the complainant, Vijayaraghav Maraathe, must resolve the discrepancies in the certificate attached to the private complaint. The matter will be heard before the 82nd Additional City Civil and Sessions Court (Special Court for Representatives) in Bengaluru.
