High Court quashes case against Amit Malviya regarding post on Rahul Gandhi's statements

The High Court has quashed the case filed against Amit Malviya, former director of the BJP's IT wing, concerning a post referencing statements made by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi regarding Operation Sindoor and Indian military operations. The single-judge bench, presided over by Justice M. Nagaprashanna, allowed the petition filed by Amit Malviya seeking the cancellation of the FIR. The original FIR had been registered under sections 192 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita–2023, alleging that Rahul Gandhi was speaking in a manner supporting Pakistan and its interests.
