High Court orders LOC against husband in Bengaluru

The High Court directed the police to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) against a man, following the complaint of a woman who alleged her husband was causing cruelty and leaving the country. The court's order came after the woman's interim application, which had been rejected by the 11th Chief Judicial Magistrate at Mayo Hall Court, was heard by a single-bench presided over by Justice Anantha Ramanatha Hegde. The bench also directed notice to be served to the State Prosecution and the Investigating Officer, and adjourned the hearing until November 17.
