High Court directs Priyank Kharge, Nalapadi to file fresh application in Sessions Court regarding RSS defamation case

The High Court bench has disposed of the petition filed by Home Minister Priyank Kharge and Mohammed Nalapadi seeking quashing of the case against RSS defamation. The court has directed both individuals to file a review application in the Sessions Court. The case was filed by RSS worker A. Tejas, alleging that Priyank Kharge made defamatory statements against RSS and its members through social media posts and public statements in October 2025.
