Former KPSC Chairman's bail plea heard in ED court; senior lawyer suggests IT should report to ED

The ED Special Court heard the bail application filed by former KPSC Chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukara regarding allegations of illegal fund transfer. Sahukara's senior lawyer argued that if there are any lapses in the financial transactions conducted by the former KPSC Chairman over the last three years, the ED should bring this matter to the attention of the IT department for appropriate legal action. The hearing was conducted by Sessions Judge Manjunatha Sangreshi on Tuesday.
