Retired Employees Protest Over Pension and Benefits in Bengaluru

Members of the APS-95 BMTC, KSRTC retired employees' association held a protest at the Regional Provident Fund office in Richmond Circle, Bengaluru. They demanded a minimum pension of ₹7,500, along with gratuity and medical facilities. Protesters stated that despite serving 30–35 years in BMTC, KSRTC, and various factories/companies, the current pension of ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 makes living difficult.
