Fake medicines manufactured in Bengaluru; SIT prepares to question hospitals and doctors

Special Investigation Team (SIT) police have uncovered that fake medicines were being manufactured at the Dodderi Farm House in Bengaluru and supplied to private hospitals and small clinics in Bengaluru and various parts of the state. The SIT has initiated notices to the hospital management and doctors and is preparing for questioning. The accused were found manufacturing fake medicines under the names of two companies, including the multinational Pfizer, using raw materials supplied from various states.
