ED raids 16 premises in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam in Attica Gold case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at 16 premises in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam on September 23 and 24. The raids targeted M/s Attica Gold Private Limited and associated premises. The investigation is based on allegations that the company, its shareholders, and directors were continuously involved in purchasing and acquiring stolen gold. During the search, the ED seized ₹7,52,000 in cash, foreign currency, gold, and silver items. The ED stated that further investigation into the case is ongoing.
