Court Directs Medical Examination and Report Submission for Darshan in Bengaluru Case

The City Civil Court's 58th Additional Sessions Court Judge Sujata M. Sambhrani issued an order directing the Chief Medical Officer of Parappana Agrahara Central Jail to conduct a complete medical examination of actor Darshan. The order mandates that the report must be submitted to the court by 12 PM today. The court also directed that Darshan should receive appropriate treatment for his spinal cord related ailment. The judge specified that the CMO must confirm if necessary medicine, physiotherapy, and other traditional medical treatments are provided based on Darshan's medical records, treatment history, and current allegations. Furthermore, if the medical facilities available within the central jail are insufficient to provide the necessary treatment, necessary steps must be taken to refer him to a suitable government hospital or other competent specialized medical institution.
