Committee visits Bidadi, inspects three villages and collects data on infrastructure
A Greater Bengaluru Comprehensive Sub-Urban Inspection Committee led by retired judge Guhanathan Narender visited Bidadi on Saturday. The committee inspected three villages, including Bairamangala, and collected information on the planned area. The committee visited the District Collector's office, observed the polluted water of the Vrishabhavathi river passing through Bairamangala, and inspected the primary health center, milk dairy, and Anganwadi. The committee also visited Bannigiri Lake and Kanchugaranahalli, gathering details on local facilities and daily milk collection. The committee noted the encroachment on Bannigiri Lake and advised local farmers to keep the lake clean, to which farmers responded that the concerned department must take action.
