CM DK Shivakumar urges groups to resolve issues through dialogue, assures action against discrimination in Bengaluru IT sector

Following allegations of job discrimination against Kannada speakers in Bengaluru's IT sector, CM DK Shivakumar requested Kannada organizations to resolve issues through dialogue and legal means. He stated that the state government takes seriously the complaints that local Kannada candidates are being overlooked in recruitment, and suitable action will be taken against companies found to be discriminating against local candidates.
