BTP restricts movement of buses and goods vehicles for Ballari Road elevated corridor construction

Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) have identified seven alternative routes and restricted the movement of goods vehicles, KSRTC buses, and private buses on the Ballari Road stretch to facilitate the elevated road construction. The restrictions are expected to increase travel time and costs for commuters and cab drivers. Residents noted that alternative routes like Tannery Road-Nagawara and Hennur-Bagalur Road are already congested, and the diversions could worsen congestion after the festive season.
