BDA to build Rs 725 crore elevated corridor on Ballari Road, existing flyovers to be demolished

The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has taken up a Rs 725-crore elevated road project along Ballari Road. The project will involve dismantling the existing Ganganagar and Sanjaynagar flyovers. The four-lane elevated road will connect to the short tunnel under construction at Hebbal and feature an elevated rotary above Mehkri Circle. The BDA has awarded the construction contract to Auro-KMC (JV) for Rs 440 crore.
