Bidar-Bengaluru Night Train Service Remains a Long-Pending Demand

The demand for a night train service between Bidar and Bengaluru via Waya Kalaburagi has persisted for years. Currently, two trains run daily, but their timings do not suit the needs of commuters. Local businessmen and industrial association president B.G. Shetakar urged the government to run at least one express train from Bidar to Bengaluru after 8 PM, arriving in Bengaluru by 6 or 7 AM.
