BECC forms teams to contain canine distemper cases in KR Puram zone

The Bengaluru East City Corporation (BECC) has reported four to five suspected or confirmed cases of canine distemper among stray dogs in the KR Puram zone. Civic officials have formed dedicated teams to contain the contagious viral disease in areas under KR Puram and Mahadevapura. A BECC ambulance service doctor noted that the service has treated four to five suspected or confirmed cases in the KR Puram zone, mostly involving stray dogs.
