Auto driver, women clash over cancelled ride; incident recorded in Bengaluru

Police have taken custody of an auto driver, Chethan Kumar, following a clash between him and two women. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon in the 3rd Sector of HSR Layout, Bengaluru. According to police, the dispute arose after the women repeatedly booked and then cancelled an auto ride on an app-based platform. A verbal argument over the auto fare escalated, leading to a physical altercation on the street.
