Ashwini K.N elected as new President of Satanuru Gram Panchayat

Ashwini K.N has been elected as the new President of the Satanuru Gram Panchayat in the Batarayanaapura constituency. The election was held on Thursday for the vacant post following Manasa B.R.'s resignation. Among the two candidates, Ashwini and Munithimmarayappa, both received five votes, leading to a lottery selection process. Ashwini secured the position through the lottery. He stated that in the remaining two and a half months, the focus will be on infrastructure like road and drain development, waste management, and maintaining sanitation across the Panchayat's villages.
