BMRL finalizes tender for Namma Metro extension track construction from Whitefield

BMRL has finalized the tender for the construction of 482.8 meters of track, which will facilitate smooth train turns beyond the Whitefield Metro station. The project, costing ₹64.82 crore, has been awarded to 'Milan Road Buildtech' and is set to be completed in 18 months. Separately, a feasibility report for a new 16 km Metro line between K.R. Puram and Hoskote is also being prepared.
