Hassan District Collector Bans Vehicle Movement on Sigeghudda-Male Malleshwaram Temple Road

Hassan District Collector K.S. Lata Kumari has issued an order banning private and tourist vehicles on the Sigeghudda-Male Malleshwaram Temple road until November 11. The ban is due to heavy traffic congestion and the road being dangerous for tourists. The district administration cited safety concerns, citing the narrow, steep, and barricade-less nature of the road, as well as the large influx of devotees during the Hassanaambe and Sri Siddeshwaraswamy Temple festivals.
