Police arrest son in Kadugodi after revealing murder mystery in mother's death

Kadugodi police arrested a man after discovering that his mother, Bhagyamma (60), was murdered, not deceased from a fall from a bed. The police found that the man, Balaaji, had attempted to stage the death as natural to facilitate the cremation. Balaaji confessed to the police that he killed his mother due to three reasons: people speaking ill of her, her drinking habits after her husband's death, and her repeatedly arguing over 32 grams of gold ornaments he had pawned.
