Man booked for allegedly recording woman inside Namma Metro

Kadugodi police registered an FIR against a man for allegedly recording a woman without her consent inside the Metro premises on Tuesday evening. The woman approached the police on Tuesday night, alleging the man had recorded her. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 78 (stalking) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Police are currently trying to trace the accused, a software engineer, who was identified but is absconding.
