Father files complaint against doctor for alleged malpractice during minor's circumcision

Parents filed a complaint at Pulikesanagara Police Station against Dr. Riyaz of New Hope Sexology and Infertility Hospital, Frazer Town. The complaint alleges that the doctor performed a general surgery instead of the promised laser circumcision on the 12-year-old boy. The boy, who has a history of heart issues, is currently suffering from physical and mental distress.
